Important Notes: If your specific phone model is not listed above we cannot guarantee perfect operation of EpiSurveyor. "Beta" = "still in testing." It indicates that a phone version has passed DataDyne's internal testing, and is now available for advanced testing by the public. Beta versions are likely to have undiscovered bugs, and so should not be used for production purposes unless you have sufficient time to test with your own forms prior to actual use. The Android version of EpiSurveyor does not yet have these features: SMS submission, Importing Local Forms, and Saving Data To Memory Card.
