Why They are Conducting the Makeyourmands Survey

M&S Survey is expected to gather input and ideas from their clients and make improvements so their clients will have a superior shopping experience later; thus, they can further develop sales. Participating in this Makeyourm&s survey will give you an exceptional opportunity to leave critical comments about your most recent contribution to the store.

The company genuinely needs this analysis so it can understand what works and what doesn’t. Each piece of your suggestion is significant for M&S to formulate further improvement. The inquiries depend on the conditions, for example, the way the colleagues make you feel delighted or disappointed, cleanliness, safety, the atmosphere you find in the store, the quick and easiness of payment and more.

www.Makeyourm&s.co.uk Survey Reward

Upon effective fulfillment of the Makeyourmands survey, you will get the Marks and Spencer review reward. For some genuine criticism, Marks and Spencer is offering a £50/€50 gift voucher to their clients who have shared their input about their shopping experience. There will be ten champs; each will get £50/€50 as a gift e-voucher, which is non-transferable and non-interchangeable.

The company will draw ten winners at random from all finished and legitimate feedback entries every month following the end date. The winners will be informed by telephone or e-mail within 15 days of the end date. If the winner does not respond after three attempts, an elective individual might be chosen indiscriminately, and the company will have no responsibility to the first winner.

  1. My wife and I are regular customers to your Handforth Dean branch. Ww visit the store at least four times a week for breakfast as well as pirchasing clothes and food at times.
The main cafe is excellent in evry way possible but it does leave a need to improve the variety of food on offer. When one goes to buy bread in a supermarket the the shelves are overwhemed with white bread yet the cafe only provides sandwiches with brown bread. I believe if would help enormously if you could provide a variety of both types of bread, Thank you. James Davod Lang. 07785 243 267

  6. I visited the Newton Mearns Food store this afternoon and was served by Innes on the till. Innes had just served an elderly lady in front of me in the queue and showed great patience and kindness with her. She had a hearing impairment and was finding it difficult to hear Innes because of the face masks. He took his time with her and repeated himself in a louder, slower voice. She was also struggling to operate the chip and PIN device and he was very patient explaining it to her. When it was my turn, he apologised to me for the wait and put my shopping through nice and quickly.

  9. We really miss the wonderful bar at Bluewater where we enjoyed the fish platters and a coffee or wine in the past. We especially went to Bluewater and done our shopping there because of this treat. Also, you have changed all the store around just when we were getting used to the layout and could find things easily. Just a thought for those people with clipboards that think change justifies their job. Apart from this everything is fine.

During my visit at Bury St Edmunds, Ann was very kind and made sure we were comfortable throughout our trip. Ann is a very lovely woman and gave us lots of options to choose from, also choosing what is best for us. This woman deserves a pay rise!

  12. I would like to thank Christine form the Unit C, A1 Retail Park, London Road, Biggleswade, SG18 8PS.

I was in the store with my son and was trying to buy him clothes for a college mock interview and was having trouble finding sizes to fit him due to him being 17 and between teenager and adult.

I was in the fitting room with him and I saw a sales assistant and so thought I would ask for assistance and I could not have found anyone better to ask than Christine. From the minute I asked her a question about shirt / neck size she then went on to help me with the trousers, belt, shoes and tie.

Not only did she offer advice on all the above, took time to explain to me how a neck size works, how belts are sold in different sizes, what shade of tie could be work with navy trousers and a lot more, she actually went on to the shop floor to look for suggestions and brought them into my son to try on.

When he was trying the clothing on she remained there offering her assistance and talking my son through why something will work together and something else will not and from this we were able to build a complete interview wardrobe for my son.

From the fitting room my son and I went to look for a pair of shoes and even though Christine was back on the checkout she had seen my son and I looking at the shoes and came over to offer her assistance once again. And, again because of her help we were able to comfortably chose a pair of suitable shoes.

I believe her customer service was second to none, went above and beyond what I would have expected and all that I would have hoped for. Without her assistance and more so without her kindness and care I am certain my son and I would not have been able to put together such an amazing interview outfit and my son would not have felt as confident as he did when walking into his interview and subsequently pass with ease.

Christine is a credit to M&S and I would be really grateful if my comments can be passed on to her because she deserves to know what a wonderful thing she did for my son and I on that day.

I can only wish that every customer service experience I have going forward is the same as the one I experienced with Christine but I doubt very much it will be. M&S should be proud to have an employee like Christine and I only wish she would sprinkle her magic on every other customer facing person.

Thank you, thank you, thank you Christine, you made a young man very proud of himself.

It means so much to me because I am not well and an experience with a person can easily cause a grief if one is suffering from a condition or illness not many truly understand. It is not or was not Melinda’s job to understand my condition but she made it so much more easier for me to cope with. Thank you again. Kirsten

  16. Hi M&S. I visited Prestatyn store today. Firstly into the food hall. Upon checkout a very helpful Lin pointed out that I had qualified for a free candle set and directed me to the correct til. Here I was served by a very friendly Kathryn. Then onto the cafe upstairs where the dishwasher had broken down and I just mentioned this (in jest) to Diane on the til but said I would forgive the paper cups. We had a natter and then she offered to serve my cappuccino in a proper cup.
Wow what a team. You should be very proud of such great staff.

  17. I visited the M&S Outlet store in Manchester today, I never usually complete surveys or leave feedback. However I was compelled to congratulate the young man Jermaine on the till for his warm welcome, friendly manner and fantastic customer service, not only on my visit today but on several visits in the past in which he helped me with several queries including stock location and price queries on garments. I cannot fault my experience. What a warm welcoming atmosphere. Well done.

All I wish is to recommend SHIRON who went above and beyond excellent service at M&S Douglas on the Isle of Man, in the Tea Room. He is a real asset to the organisation.

Sally, in the lingerie department was so helpful, knowledgeable and patient as she completed my bra fitting. It is thanks to her that I bought more than I had intended but it was a purchase that was long overdue.
Then I went shopping in the food hall and was served by Linda, who it was also a pleasure to be served by.
It is my favourite M&S store for these reasons.

Although Hasnaa was very busy she did locate some of the items in the store room and brought it to me.
I have been going to M&S for 40 years and this kind of warness and willingness to help is very hard to find nowdays.
    Well done Hasnaa x
