  5. I was just at best buy yesterday to buy a new phone. my old phone fell down and the screen was completely damaged. Gagan was extremly helpful. he gave me one of the best customer services i have ever had . he helped me retrieve all my saved data from my old phone to the new one. it was difficult to navigate my old phone because the screen was really bad but he used his expertise to make it work and we finally transfered most of my information to my new phone.
    I highly recommend Gagan because of his amazing customer service relation. I belive the management of best buy should have Gagan in management because of his great people skills and relations.

  11. I arrived at BestBuy Merivale Plaza at 7pm and thought they were no going let me in. I desperately wanted to buy a Chromebook and Headphones. I was happy to be allowed in. I bought the Chromebook. I then asked one sales assistant (Tall black guy) if I could still shop for headphones and he happily said yes even though it was past 7pm. I was so happy and got assistance from Rana. She was extremely helpful and I didn’t feel rushed as I asked about different items before deciding to buy.
    I must say that lately I’m noticing a deterioration in service in most services industries Before coming to Best Buy I had just gotten off a plane which had been delayed for hours in Toronto. At Ottawa airport I rented a car and the service was awful and the rental guy seemed tired and was unfriendly. He gave me the smallest car because thats all they had, even though I had booked full size. He refused to give me back the price difference. I have been a loyal customet for 17 years. The hotel I am staying at had also really been unhelpful to me, it’s a long story. I’m telling these story to demonstrate how customer service has deteriorated since the pandemic.
    It was a relief to see that there are still companies that go out of their way to ensure a customer gets the help they need. I got more that excellent service. I walked out smiling.Thank you Rana and everyone who helped me!

She was warm, charming, and very knowledgeable about the product and answered my questions without making up answers. She was patient and very efficient in her job.
