I was at the Northern Tool in Odessa Texas. I needed three of each angle wrenches. 21, 6, and 15 piece. I found one of the 6 piece three of the 21 piece, and no 15 piece. I went to the check out and the girl asked if I needed help. I said yes. One of the employees asked what I needed. I handed her a paper with the three items I need with the part numbers. She rolled her eyes and puffed. Rudely handed me the paper and told me all the items are in aisle 8. I asked one of the employees what the shirt lady with the nasty attitude is. They told me her name is Rachel. She is a short lady around her fifties. My purchase was over $700.00. It would of probably been closer to a $1000.00 if the other items would have been available. I could be f gone else where and almost did. Customer service can make or break a business
I was at the Hickory ,NC store and the staff was very helpful and polite.
Price charged at register was $3.00 more than what was marked where the product was located and what was listed
